Twilio (SMS & Voice)

Powers every outbound text (missed-call text-back, reminders, reviews, notifications, web-chat) and the voice receptionist's inbound calls. Saved here (encrypted) overrides the TWILIO_* env vars; env is the fallback.

Where a qualified lead goes the moment a call ends. Without at least one of these, the agent can qualify someone and nobody is told. Email or Telegram — either is enough.

Telegram delivery

no bot token

A Telegram bot cannot start a conversation, so it needs one chat to deliver into — a channel, a group, or a direct chat. You never type a chat id: the chat tells us who it is.

Your sign-in

Set a password so you can sign in without waiting for an emailed link. Magic links keep working either way. Applies to your account, not to anyone else on the team.

API keys (MCP access)

Point Claude at <your-worker-url>/mcp with the key as a Bearer token. The token is shown once — store it in Claude's connector settings immediately. Scopes decide which tools the key can see.

Integrations

The integration gateway's external side: native connectors, your own MCP servers, wrapped REST APIs. Off = kill switch for all external calls; internal modules unaffected.

With both off, Gauge runs as a pure inbound/outbound automation platform (voice agent · missed-call text-back · messaging · booking).

Grants (default deny)

Every caller — platform agents, API keys, external Claude sessions — sees exactly its grant's slice of the tool registry. Destructive tools always require confirm: true.
